* Plainville Seniors picnic September 18th
* Spring Pancake Breakfast
The Plainville Lions will hold their Annual Spring Pancake Breakfast. Sunday, April 6th from 8AM to 1PM, Our Lady of Mercy Parish Center. Tickets: $5 or $5.50 at the door. Children 6 & under are free, Children 7 - 12 are $4.50. Seniors are $4.50.
Proceeds from this project will provide funds for College Scholarships to High School Seniors, Plainville Library Project, & Numerous State Eyesight Related Programs.
Special appearance by a mascot from the New Britain Rock Cats!!

*Low Vision Fundraiser
The Plainville Lions will sponsor another Low Vision Night at New Britain Stadium in 2008. The date is July 12th, a Saturday night game at 7:05. It will be Irish American Heritage night at the game.
